Customer Service (Mandarin)

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Senior High School (SMA).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • HSK certification (minimum HSK 4).
  • High proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and manage Sea Freight Transportation Agreements (SPAL).
  • Coordinate with the FAT Department for timely and accurate invoice issuance.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Communicate vessel operational updates, schedule changes, and service disruptions to customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding and overdue customer payments.
