Job Requirements:

  • Lulusan jurusan Ketatalaksanaan Pelayaran dan Kepelabuhanan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di shipping agency.

Job Description:

  • Mengurus dokumen kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan otoritas pelabuhan dan pihak terkait.
  • Memastikan proses administrasi kapal berjalan sesuai prosedur.
  • Menyusun laporan kegiatan operasional kapal.

HRGA Generalist Intern

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Job Description:

Marine Operations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Shipping Company.
  • Experience in handling operations of tugboat and general cargo vessels.
  • ANT III or ATT III is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and prepare reports on vessel operational activities.
  • Communicate with agents, jetty masters, and other external stakeholders.

Purchasing Staff

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of marine spare parts, ship equipment, and logistics is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

  • Check and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Record reimbursements.
  • Monitor freshwater refilling.
  • Prepare monthly reports on purchasing activities.

Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax.
  • Tax brevet A & B certification.
  • Familiar with Accurate Accounting Software.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot table, formulas).
  • Detail-oriented.

Job Description:

  • Ensure timely processing of cash and bank payments.
  • Record all receipt and payment transactions accurately into the journal.
  • Maintain filing documents of all financial records.
  • Handle tax payments and reporting.

Port Engineer

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ATT III certification.
  • Experience as a Port Engineer.
  • Sailing experience on General Cargo, Tugboat, and Floating Crane.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to join immediately is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Implement and monitor the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) on vessels.
  • Have knowledge of ship electrical systems and machinery.
  • Manage fuel oil and spare parts for vessel maintenance.
  • Work with the crew to ensure proper vessel maintenance and repairs.
  • Supervise the crew in performing scheduled maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.
