Agency Operations Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in shipping agency operations (manager experience is a plus).
  • Experience handling foreign vessels is a plus.
  • Good understanding of port operations and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate in English.

Job Description:

  • Monitor vessel arrival and departure, including documentation.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the agency operations team.
  • Coordinate with port authorities and other related parties.
  • Handle operational issues and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Prepare operational reports for management.
