Customer Service (Mandarin)

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Senior High School (SMA).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • HSK certification (minimum HSK 4).
  • High proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and manage Sea Freight Transportation Agreements (SPAL).
  • Coordinate with the FAT Department for timely and accurate invoice issuance.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Communicate vessel operational updates, schedule changes, and service disruptions to customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding and overdue customer payments.

Mandarin Interpreter (On Board)

Job Description:

  • Menjadi penerjemah antara Technical Advisor (TKA) dengan kru lokal.
  • Memonitor dan Melaporkan alur pekerjaan di atas kapal ke Head Office.
  • Membantu semua dokumen terkait perizinan di lapangan.

Job Requirements:

  • Fasih berbahasa Mandarin (berbicara, menulis dan membaca mandarin).
  • Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Translator Mandarin terutama di perusahaan pelayaran.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan pola roster.
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik.

Agency Operations Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in shipping agency operations (manager experience is a plus).
  • Experience handling foreign vessels is a plus.
  • Good understanding of port operations and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate in English.

Job Description:

  • Monitor vessel arrival and departure, including documentation.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the agency operations team.
  • Coordinate with port authorities and other related parties.
  • Handle operational issues and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Prepare operational reports for management.

Admin Staff

Job Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau lulusan Diploma/Sarjana dari semua jurusan.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dll.)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, aktif, dan responsif.

Job Description:

  • Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen kantor secara rapi.
  • Mengatur kebutuhan transportasi dan akomodasi untuk keperluan operasional perusahaan.
  • Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan sesuai kebutuhan operasional.

  • Memahami pengurusan dokumen keagenan kapal.

Job Description:

  • Mengurus dokumen kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan otoritas pelabuhan dan pihak terkait.
  • Memastikan proses administrasi kapal berjalan sesuai prosedur.
  • Menyusun laporan kegiatan operasional kapal.

HRGA Generalist Intern
